ROCKOLLECTIONS: VOL.1-COVERED BY THE BEATLES PT.1

I thought it might be interesting to commemorate the Beatles first arrival in America on Feb.7, 1964.
Seemed like this would be a great time to start Covered By The Beatles.
Now I initially thought I would simply pull out the first British Beatle album, Please Please Me, and just take them in the order they appear, and then the next album, and the next...!
But as I started to do that, I realized I could and should go back even BEFORE that debut album.
So that's what you will hear for openers.
This will hopefully be educational as well as a treat for you, as it was for me, because in some cases you have likely never heard the Originals.
So I invite you to join me for the Maiden Voyage of Covered By The Beatles.
I do believe this is gonna be fun!

Jon,
That S&M thing was a joke- come on you knew that, lol!
Hey that was a good story about Married With Children, you have a good memory.
I used to watch that but missed that one.
Was the song Anna?
Do you remember the song?
Thanks for the listen and writing and storytelling, lol,
Mike

You have an S&M following? Please tell us more.

Anyway, so there's an episode of "Married With Children" where AL hears a song on the radio while driving home and the only thing he can remember are the lyrics "go with him". The song title wasn't mentioned on the radio, he calls and the dj is too stoned to tell him so he finally goes to a record store where the clerk is able to help out everyone else that only know some lyrics but can't help poor ole Al and he's sad until the jukebox in the store plays THE EXACT SONG HE'S LOOKING FOR, and he finds out what it is and buys the 45 and is finally happy and then Kelly and her latest boyfriend come home and the guy breaks the 45. Episode over.

Glad I could help.
