Well, we've reached current day in the Priest catalog. We started back on February 15th and we've spent just over a month covering a total of twenty albums. I feel pretty good about it. I finally got to listen to the entire JP catalog, and I found that I certainly like their early stuff. So it's been fun, but let's get this over with, as anything can grow stale after a while. Redeemer of Souls was released in 2014 and quickly landed at the number 6 album position the week of release. The title track was the only single released, and of course it did not chart. The album also has not received a certification from the RIAA to this point. But none of that really matters. What matters is that it's pretty much a return to form for the band. I think, on the whole, it's a good album, but the album really shines through the last six tracks. These are terrific songs. The band also included a nice bonus disc with five additional tracks. These songs are decent, but not essential. Still, it's a cool little extra for your money. So there you have it, the catalog is finished. Are you tired of Judas Priest yet?
