So what are you listening to right now? Any genre is cool.
For me:
Scott's Hidden Treasure
Depeche Mode - Wrong (courtesy of Niels)
Kim Mitchell - Akimbo Alogo (courtesy of Jon)
Next week's Album of the Week (hint: think orchestra)
Shinedown - The Sound of Madness

Right now I am grooving to the fantastic super efn heavy RED ALBUM by non other than the funk-a-holics themselves GRAND FUNK!
I have literally spent weeks listening to just this one band, non stop. It was just a little under 10 years ago that I got into them and ever since I have been asking myself "why the hell did I never listen to these guys earlier"?
I was just thinking of starting a DANNO's PICK o'the DAY and starting with this album. I just may before the beer runs out.
If that's the album with the bright red cover that just says Grand Funk on it, I bought it on vinyl last weekend for just under a buck.
that's the one....and it is worth WAYYYYYYY more than that. Glad you got a deal on it though. Play it on 11 dude.

Other than the Texas Hippie Coalition I uploaded, it has been all early 80's female led metal bands.
Hellion
Warlock
and Bitch.
Of those 3, and I know a lot of people say Ann Boleyn from Hellion is the best all time female vocalist (she does have some massive pipes which she uses as if they were an instrument at times the way Halford does) I have to say Doro Pesch from Warlock does it for me. Maybe its just that they have better songs too.
