Once again, this year we will do a Top 10 Countdown right here on CRB. As each album is revealed, it will be added to this thread until we reach the number one album. The list was compiled through nominations and voting open to all CRB members. If you took the time to nominate and vote, I want to extend my personal thanks to you.
Be sure and click the album cover to get a review done by a member of the CRB staff. We hope you enjoy the countdown and the final Top 10 list.

Thanks... I really thought Gilmour stepped outside of his typical atmospheric zone and delivered something not expected - not totally but there are moments. I still spin it. We'll see how long that holds true

Not surprised that you'd be the first one cryin'...
We had 7 folks that participated - TageRyche, Scandal2000, Mike Mills, Niels, Scott, you and me.
Steven Wilson appeared on 3 lists (Niels, Scott and you) and scored 10, 9 and 10 points, plus 7 bonus points.
That equals 36 total points.
Iron Maiden appeared on 5 lists (Niels, TR, Scott, Mike Mills and me) and scored 7, 9, 8, 8 and 6 points, plus 5 bonus points.
That equals 43 points.
Each album got one bonus point for each list it appeared on and 2 bonus points for each list that it appeared on at number 1.
The only thing above that may be out of order is where the albums appeared on each list. I've thrown them away, so I don't remember who put which album where. But guess what, you can message each person and verify that I'm not falsifying numbers...
7 people? That's it? Damn, I would've thought more people would've taken part.
Nope, seven people submitted top 10 lists and eight people submitted final awards ballots.
Oh, and if you are wondering, Toto was on 4 lists and scored 32 points.
There are no birthdays today
