Classic Rock Bottom

Album number three arrived in February of 1977.  And man, look at Neal Schon's fro.  That thing is amazing.  But that's more than I can say about the album.  It takes up where Look Into The Future left off.   A slight move from straight prog to something trying to be more mainstream.  I will say that I think Rolie's vocals are better on this album than the first two albums.  But other than that, it's rather forgettable.  I will mention that Robert Fleischman joined the band just after this album was released as a full-time front man for the tour.  He only lasted a few months, but he did co-write Wheel In The Sky and a couple of other songs while in the band.  So there is that.  Do you have an opinion regarding this album?  Or do you just wanna get to the Perry stuff?
