That's just WEIRD. I always thought Toto IV was like Fleetwood Mac's Rumours, everyone had a copy of it somewhere in their collection. Hell I still have my cassette copy of both of those albums.

I have Cultasaurus Erectus, Spectres and Fire of Unknown Origin on Vinyl as well.  Thinking all of those will get the CD treatment if I can find well mastered or remastered editions

Yeah,well...keep waiting. Spectres was the last album remastered, nothing after that which kinda sucks. Missors, Cultosaurus, Fire, The Revolution, etc., etc. NOT remastered. But everything Spectres and before is  (except On Your Feet..). And I believe those remasters came out 4 years ago, so what's the delay?
