Classic Rock Bottom

What CD's or DVD's have you recently purchased?  And it doesn't have to be classic rock.  Let us know about any purchases that you think are worth sharing.

I have a feeling there's more Wishbone Ash you're gonna want!

This is great though. This is exactly what we have all set out to do. Introduce someone to an artist or an album that we might have never heard of or, because of the group/artist, never wanted to give a chance.

I think my work here is finally done!

Found 2 more in the Best Buy $4.99 bin:

Fleetwood Mac - Tango In The Night

T. Rex - Electric Warrior

Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers - The Last DJ

Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers - She's the One

Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers - Pack Up The Plantation

Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers - Let Me Up I've Had Enough

The Traveling Wilbury's - The Traveling Wilbury's Vol. 1

Europe - Bag Of Bones

That Fleetwood Mac has some OK songs. I don't mind Little Lies.

I picked up Foghat - Live the from Wal-Mart discount bin! :)

1. Fool For The City
2. Home In My Hand
3. I Just Want To Make Love To You
4. Road Fever
5. Honey Hush
6. Slow Ride

Slash feat. Myles Kennedy and the Co-Conspirators - Apocalyptic Love

The Cult - Choice Of Weapon

Joe Bonamassa - Driving Towards The Daylight

From thye Wal Mart $5 bin:

The Doobie Brothers--World Gone Crazy (deluxe)

also had Aerosmith's "Permanent Vacation" in hand, but tossed that back in. Tempted, but no go because of those two songs..

I picked up the self-titled debut album from Unisonic today.

I was looking for Joe Bonamassa (didn't find it) and I thought about the new Slash (decided to pass).

I got a new live Quiet Riot CD and a Kansas compilation CD called On The Other Side.

I am putting the Quiet Riot in my trade pile. I should've listened to it first. The DVD was OK to watch once, but I like the studio versions better. Dubrow added some really stupid lyrics to Slick Black Cadillac. Maybe he was drunk?

I got the first two Rainbow albums on remastered CD today.

I finally had to give up on the cassette copies I had.

UFO - Seven Deadly (finally got it)

LA Guns - Hollywood Forever (never been a fan, but I took a chance with Warrant last year and it worked out)

Dixie Dregs - What If

Dixie Dregs? That's something I would never expect you to pick up. Steve Morse is a great geetarist, check out his stuff with Kansas and Deep Purple as well.

My first concert: Dixie Dregs/Mother's Finest/ARS.
