One For The Road!

The deserted island in my rear-view mirror gave me an opportunity to listen to some of the music misplaced in the shuffle of listing albums by the year of their releases. Rather than listening to them out of order back on the island, now they serve the purpose of music for travel in my journey back to civilization. These albums might not be the purest form of Yacht-Rock, but they are Rocking My Raft nonetheless.

Honey, I'm Home!

What do you mean by where have I been?
I told you I'll be on a desert island for a while, but more importantly, why did you leave my orders out in the rain, snow, hail, and sun? In light of these events I want to thank the mail-gal for stacking my parcels on top of each other, this way they were only exposed to the weather conditions until the new mail arrived. I also want to thank my neighbors for not stealing my mail while I was gone, even though they always complain when I listen to my music loudly. Hold on, I don't know if they stole something or not, maybe I'll reward them with louder-than-hell music, they haven't heard yet. It's the least I can do to remind them of the "good old days". And last but not least thanks to whomever ordered these albums in my absence. I'm flabbergastered, not only how great the music is, but it's also the exact same selection I would have purchased. This dude knows his sh*t.

Well if this isn't the red carpet reception everybody dreams of, then I don't know what is.
And with that let the hoarding for the next desert island trip commence.
